Review: Milani Color Harmony Blush Palette in Berry Rays Review & Swatches

Wednesday, August 9, 2017

Hello Lovelies. I hope you all are doing well. I am back for a new product review. As you all know that drugstore makeup brands have been coming out with a lot of new products. Milani came out with these new blush palettes and some highlighters (review coming soon) Of course I had to pick them up and try them out for you guys. Milani is an amazing makeup brand, I love their lipsticks and eyebrow products.

This is a blush palette that you swirl around to get the right shade. Berry Rays is a beautiful coral light pink shade. I swirled it around with a blush brush and there was no kick back and the brush picked up the product really well. This blush is very blendable and goes on very smooth on the skin. I had no problem building it either and the coral shade looks pretty. This blush palette will work great on every skintone. Another thing I noticed about this blush is that it has a little hints of golden in it, which look pretty with a golden highlight. The blush lasted on me through out the whole day (7-8 hours) that I wore it. Over all I am super impressed with this blush palette from Milani. They have other shades in this collection but I only picked this one up. Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this blush.

Than you for reading and I hope all of you have a wonderful day.
ps: What is your favorite blush?

Review: Maybelline The City Mini Palette in Rooftop Bronzes Review & Swatches

Friday, August 4, 2017

As you all can see from my previous posts that Maybelline has released some new products. Maybelline is one of my favorite brands from the drugstore. They have released a whole new range of mini eyeshadow palettes which they have named City Mini. I had to pick these up and try them out so I can review for you all. This eyeshadow palette costs $7.99-$10 depending on where you are getting it from. It is currently available everywhere Maybelline products are sold.

Rooftop Bronzes is a very bronze palette (hence the name) It has shimmer browns and gold shades. These shimmery shades are very pigmented are soft and go on smoothly on the lids. I wore these eyeshadows through out the whole do with a primer and had no creasing or budging. The shimmers are so pretty. There is no matte shade in this palette, so you need something to create a whole look with. I did not mind that it did not have a matte shade, I can find a matte shade any time in my makeup collection. I am very impressed with this palette and the colors in it. I am big fan of shimmers. This palette is travel friendly and you can fit it easily in your makeup bag. This palette gets an A+ from me.

Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this palette. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Review: Maybelline Last Sesational Curvitude Mascara

Monday, July 31, 2017

Hello lovelies. Here we are again with a review of a brand new Maybelline product. This summer Maybelline has released some great products and in that range they have released two new mascaras. As you all know I love the original Last sensational mascara, it is my go to and I have gotten trough so many tubes of it. When I saw that they have come out with a different version I had to pick it up and try it out also review for you guys.

Curvitude is a great everyday mascara. It applies evenly on your lashes and gives them a nice coat. It does lengthen the lashes but not like falsies. It did give my lash a little bit of a curve and the curve stayed in place through out the day. I would say that this mascara is very light on the lashes and separates the lashes which is very important for me. It is not clumpy at all, I got the shade blackest black and it sure is black. I love the color of the packaging, also the wand is curvy so it really gets into the lashes. Over all I am very impressed with this new mascara. Will I replace is with my original last sensational mascara probably not, but I will wear this for days where I need curve in my lashes.

Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this product. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Review: Maybelline Vivid Hot Lacquer in Unreal Review & Swatches

Tuesday, July 25, 2017

Hello lovelies. Who remembers the Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid Lipsticks that they came out with last year? I sure do and I absolutely love them to this day. This year for Summer 2017 Maybelline has come out with new Vivid Lacquers. This collection has shades ranging from light to dark, to first try out I picked up a light shade. The lacquer co

mes housed in a long glass tube and has a nice doe foot soft applicator. These range from $6.99-$9.99 depending on where you are buying them from.Check your local drugstore for more shades and pick one up for your self.

Unreal is a very warm soft brown shade, it has a very medium brown in it. The formula of this shade is very smooth and creamy. It glided on my lips and set very easily, after it was set it felt smooth on my lips. Although this shade was a little sticky at first, the stickiness went away after a while. I felt like I had nothing on my lips the entire time I was wearing this shade which was for about 4 1/2 hours. Another thing that I noticed with this formula was that it was very hydrating on my lips, it felt like almost a gel-like texture which I don't mind at all. Over all I am super impressed with this shade and the formula of this product.

Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this lip lacquer. Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.

Review: Wet N Wild Perfect Pout Gel Lipliner Review & Swatches

Saturday, July 22, 2017

Hello lovelies. A lot of drugstore makeup brands have been coming out with new makeup this summer. Wet N Wild is one of them, although they came out with new makeup a couple of months ago. I was looking at the Wet N Wild display and came across some gel lip liners. I don't remember seeing gel lip liners at the drugstore. So this really interest me and I had to pick some up.

The formula of this gel lip liner is great, it glides on smoothly on the lips and is very soft. I have not applied this liner with a lipstick yet, but I have applied it all over my lips by itself and its amazing. The texture is very gel like you can feel that on your lips, not in a bad way though. This lip liner stayed on my lips for a good four hours. It did not settle on my lips or fade away also it felt like I was not wearing anything. It is super pigmented and opaque itself, now I wonder how it will look like with a lipstick. Over all I am very impressed with this affordable new lip liner collection from Wet N Wild. There are many different shades. Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this product.

Thank you for reading and have a great day.
